During October, my
boyfriend and I went to New Zealand 2-1/2 weeks and Hamilton
Island off Australia for 3 nights. We went for 21 days in total and
it was wonderful! The scenery was beautiful, the people were
lovely, the prices and exchange rate was superb and we had a great
time and would recommend it to anyone. I shall put more
information in in the near future. Here are some photographs which we took
whilst we were out there. In total we took 8 films worth of
pictures, so as you can see, this is just a small sample.

This caught our eye, it says "on this day
in .... nothing happened"! |

Sunset in Pyhia, what a lovely empty place to go
on holiday. |
The hole in the rock, big enough to fit the boat
we were traveling on through, it was not a small boat. |
Night time in Pahija. The view from our
balcony window. |

 |
Swimming with dolphins, they are large, graceful
and the water was freezing cold. |
Don't we just look soooo sweet!! |
Alex's plane, slighter smaller than the one
which I went on, although we did sit next to the pilots. |
 |
 |
 |
White water rafting, was I glad the people knew
what they were doing, especially since the river was higher
than usual. |
We watched someone else bungee jump, Alex
thought he would give it a go when we got to Christchurch, but
never had the chance. |
Helicopter ride to the top of the glacier, what
a beautiful site. |

Alex standing on top of the glacier |
On top of the world, well the glacier anyway. |
Horse riding in the rain. We were the
entire group and the horses were lovely to ride. |

Our rental car, it took us a few good hundred
miles around the South Island |
Just looking out near where we parked the car |

Alex on the golfing range, he may be good at
programming, but his golf skills need improving. |
Me holding a koala, something I always wanted to
do. He just hopped across from his handler and just sat
there. |
Alex showing his shooting skills |

 |
Me on the shooting range, proving we are as good
as the men. |
Wombat sleeping in a log |
Wombats sleeping at either end of the cool log. |
